Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix cream style corn, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add the beaten eggs, vanilla, milk, and melted butter to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes until set and golden on top.
