Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oleo or butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  2. Beat the eggs together and add sugar, softened oleo or butter, vanilla, milk, and coconut.
  3. Stir all ingredients together.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake at 475°F for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature and continue baking at 350°F until done.
