Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup softened margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon together in a mixer.
  2. Blend until well combined.
  3. Add softened margarine, egg, and egg yolk to the mixture.
  4. Mix until the dough reaches the right consistency.
  5. Spread the dough evenly in a greased jelly roll pan.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the dough.
  7. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon together.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the chocolate chips.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
