Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Place water and sugar over low heat; stir until the mixture is clear and not sugary.
  2. Do not let the mixture boil.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Wet the crochet item with water, then blot excess moisture with a towel.
  5. Dip the damp crochet into the cooled starch mixture.
  6. Shape the crochet as desired and let it dry.
