Ingredients

  • 1 hamburger patty
  • 1 Irish potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. On a piece of foil, layer 2 or 3 thin slices of potato, then the hamburger patty.
  2. Add thin slices of onions, then thin slices of carrot, and finally thin slices of potato on top.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the foil securely and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for approximately 30 to 45 minutes until done.
