Crock Pot Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 lamb loin chops
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Place onion in a crock pot.
  2. Combine oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub over the lamb chops.
  3. Place chops over onion.
  4. Top with garlic.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until the meat is tender.
