Ingredients

  • 28 ounces spaghetti sauce, jarred or home-made
  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef or 1 1/2 lbs sausage, browned
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 - 3/4 lb sliced pepperoni
  • sliced mushrooms (etc.) (optional) or onion (etc.) (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer half of each ingredient in the order listed.
  2. Repeat.
  3. Cover, Cook on low 4-5 hours.
