Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3-lbs. round steak, cut into strips
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. water or wine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • Rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Put steak, soup mix, water or wine, mushroom soup, salt and pepper in crockpot. Cook on high 4-6 hours. Add sour cream, then continue until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
