Crown Royal Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 stick "real" butter
  • 8 Tbsp. Crown Royal
  • dash of salt
  • 5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cake paraffin

Instructions

  1. Mix pecans, powdered sugar, butter, Crown Royal and dash of salt together.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Let set in cool place until chilled.
  4. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip in paraffin using a hot pin or similar utensil liken to a toothpick.
