- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Fill cupcake tins with paper liners. Mix the egg, 1/4 cup sugar and water in a large bowl.
- Add biscuit mix and stir well.
- Using a metal or plastic measuring cup, fill cupcake holders half full with batter.
- Set aside.
