Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. biscuit baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Fill cupcake tins with paper liners. Mix the egg, 1/4 cup sugar and water in a large bowl.
  3. Add biscuit mix and stir well.
  4. Using a metal or plastic measuring cup, fill cupcake holders half full with batter.
  5. Set aside.
