Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut each tomato into 3 thick slices.
  2. Arrange tomato slices on microwave-safe serving plate.
