Crunch Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour in deep dish pie shell.
  3. Bake on bottom rack of oven on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350° until apples are soft and crust is golden brown.
