Crunchy Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
  • 10 Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 c. butter

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli in microwave until tender.
  2. Drain water, then spread evenly into a lightly greased casserole dish.
  3. Add cheese chunks and sprinkle crackers on top.
  4. Pour melted butter on top of crackers and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
