Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) can bamboo shoots, drained and diced
  • 2 tablespoons pimento, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, chopped green onion, drained and sliced water chestnuts, drained and diced bamboo shoots, and chopped pimento.
  3. Toss all ingredients together until evenly coated.
