Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package cut leaf spinach in butter sauce
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 envelope country vegetable soup mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach.
  2. Drain and finely chop the water chestnuts.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, chopped water chestnuts, green onions, vegetable soup mix, and mayonnaise.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Cover and chill overnight to blend flavors.
