  1. Chop one medium head of cabbage finely in a blender.
  2. Mix vinegar, sugar, pepper, chopped onion, chopped celery, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt together to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chopped cabbage.
  4. Optional: chop a carrot in for added color.
  5. Double the ingredients for a large cabbage.
  6. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
