Ingredients

  • 1 gallon grated zucchini squash
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1.5 cups lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons pineapple flavor

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
  3. Place the jars in a hot water bath and process for 30 minutes to seal.
