Crusty Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fish fillets
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dehydrated parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut fillet into serving pieces.
  2. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 salt and pepper, dry mustard and lemon juice. Pour over fish.
  3. Sprinkle with toast crumbs and parsley flakes. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
