Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless grapes
  • 2 oranges peeled and separated into sections
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Dip the fruit into the beaten egg white, ensuring it is barely wet.
  2. Lift the fruit using a fork or fingers to remove excess egg white.
  3. Place 10 to 12 pieces of fruit on a cookie sheet with sugar.
  4. Shake the pan so the fruit gets coated with sugar.
  5. Place the coated fruit on a cookie sheet and let them dry outside or in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve with a sprig of mint.
