Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pieces cube steak
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup rice

Instructions

  1. Salt, pepper, and flour the cube steak slices.
  2. Brown the steak in a small amount of oil.
  3. Drain excess oil from the pan.
  4. Add the beef broth, French onion soup, and rice to the pan; bring to a boil.
  5. Add the browned steak slices back into the pan.
  6. Cover the pan and lower the heat to low; cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
