Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated peeled cucumber
  • 1 inch peeled fresh ginger
  • simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place cucumber in a small bowl with fresh ginger. Add hot Simple Syrup; cover and let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Strain mixture through a sieve; discard solids.
