Cucumber-Onion Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 each cucumbers sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 medium onions sliced thinly and separated into rings
  • 4 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Alternate layers of cucumbers and onions in a deep, 2 1/2 pan.
  2. Sprinkle each layer with flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour ketchup over all.
  4. Place chunks of butter on top.
  5. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 15 minutes or until onions are soft.
