Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto or kidney beans
  • 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • small white onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Pour beans into pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and beans are hot.
