Cumin White Bean

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces white beans
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 14 cup broth
  • handful of chopped cilantro
  • 12 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium high heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cumin, allow to heat for 30 seconds or so, before adding broth and beans.
  4. Combine well and allow everything to heat through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
