Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Mix together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, 1 teaspoon lemon, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until well combined.
  2. Place vanilla wafers in the bottom of cupcake papers or muffin tin liners.
  3. Fill each cupcake liner 3/4 full with the cheese mixture.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving.
