Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (1 1/2 oz. each) chicken gravy mix
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 chicken breast halves
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the chicken gravy mix, curry powder, and water until well combined.
  3. Place the gravy mixture in a large brown-in-bag and put it in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Season the chicken breast halves with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Arrange the chicken in a single layer inside the bag with the gravy mixture.
  6. Cut slits in the top of the bag to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
