Curried Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup cider vinegar
  • 12 cup port wine
  • 34 cup orange marmalade
  • 13 cup raisins
  • 1 12 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325^F.
  2. Wash and sort cranberries.
  3. Combine sugar, orange marmalade, vinegar, port, raisins, curry powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Add cranberries and mix well.
  5. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  6. Pour in cranberries and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, until cranberries are soft.
