Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 3/4 c. warmed cottage cheese
  • 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.
  2. Add sugar, dill weed, salt, margarine or butter, and warmed cottage cheese to the yeast mixture.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of flour and beat in a blender for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the flour gradually.
  5. Mix the dough well with hands until smooth and elastic.
