Dannon Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2/3 c. Dannon plain yogurt
  • 2/3 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. blueberries or apples

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  2. Stir in yogurt and milk until moistened.
  3. Fill muffin cup 3/4 full.
  4. Bake 18 minutes until brown at 400°.
  5. Makes 12.
