- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, water, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Blend on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 3 minutes more.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 58 to 62 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool for 30 minutes.
