Date Nut Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 3/4 c. quick oats
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c. dates, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
  5. Make foil tent over pan if bread is browning too much.
