Ingredients

  • 1 yellow sheet cake
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Make the yellow sheet cake according to the instructions on the box and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. While the cake is baking, prepare the instant vanilla pudding according to the package instructions.
  3. Remove the cake from the pan and place it on a serving platter.
  4. Open the can of crushed pineapple and pour the juice evenly over the top of the cake, avoiding the sides.
  5. Spread the prepared vanilla pudding evenly across the top of the cake.
  6. Spread Cool Whip (or whipped cream) over the entire cake, including the sides.
  7. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
