Dayton Brunch Scramble
A hearty brunch scramble featuring bread, eggs, Swiss cheese, and bacon, baked to perfection. Ideal for weekend gatherings or a comforting breakfast treat.

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak bread cubes in milk for 5 minutes, then drain unabsorbed milk into beaten eggs.
- Set bread cubes aside. Add salt and seasoned salt to the egg mixture.
- Scramble the egg mixture over medium heat until half cooked.
- Stir in bread cubes and place the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese over the top.
- Add cooked bacon on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
