Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Use this batter to retain shape of food like fish, chicken, cauliflower, onion rings and zucchini.
  2. Coat food with flour, then dip into batter and drop into hot oil.
