Instructions
- Use Dutch oven or electric skillet.
- Cut steak into serving pieces.
- Salt and pepper to taste; dredge with flour.
- Brown in small amount of oil, then add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water.
- Turn on low heat; cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Yields 2 cups of rich, creamy gravy and very tender steak.
