Ground Beef Casserole(Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 5 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in large casserole in microwave oven on 100% power until all red color disappears; drain most of fat off.
  2. Add onion, tomatoes, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Microwave until mixture reaches a boil (about 4 minutes). Remove and add cooked macaroni and mushroom soup.
  4. Mix well. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and heat until cheese melts.
