Delicious Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 c. cornbread, crumbled
  • 3 c. slightly cooked squash, mashed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix squash with soup, sour cream, onion, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Layer this mixture alternately with the cornbread mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Drizzle margarine over the top.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
