Dessert Fruit Squares

Instructions
- Mix sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add lemon juice.
- Slowly beat in flour.
- Spoon mixture onto well-greased 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet and then spread evenly.
- Visualize 20 squares and dab your choice of pie filling (about a tablespoon) in the center of each square.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool partially, then sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
- Cut into 20 squares.
- Great for taking to potlucks.
- Spoon on Cool Whip if desired when serving.
