Ingredients

  • 1 c. macaroon crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. rum
  • 3 c. heavy cream
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. grated bittersweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle macaroon crumbs with rum.
  2. Stir to moisten evenly. Whip the cream.
  3. Mix in the egg yolks, confectioners sugar, crumb-rum mix and bittersweet chocolate. Place in sherbet glasses or a 4 cup mold and chill.
  4. This dessert can also be frozen.
