- Sprinkle macaroon crumbs with rum.
- Stir to moisten evenly. Whip the cream.
- Mix in the egg yolks, confectioners sugar, crumb-rum mix and bittersweet chocolate. Place in sherbet glasses or a 4 cup mold and chill.
- This dessert can also be frozen.
