Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 medium head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups cooked roast beef strips
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 (2 oz.) can anchovy fillets

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, toss together romaine and iceberg lettuce.
  2. Arrange beef strips, halved and whole cherry tomatoes, onion rings, and anchovy fillets on the greens.
  3. Serve with Mustard-Horseradish Dressing.
