Ingredients

  • 12 deviled stuffed egg halves
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons buttered crumbs

Instructions

  1. Start oven at moderately hot (400°).
  2. Place stuffed eggs in a lightly greased casserole.
  3. Drain juice from mushrooms, saving 1/4 cup juice.
  4. Blend the mushroom juice with mayonnaise and milk in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth.
  5. Add mushrooms and mix.
  6. Pour the mushroom mixture over the eggs in the casserole.
  7. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until crumbs are browning.
