Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mustard pickle
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. beat eggs, mayonnaise, mustard and pickles together.
  2. Melt butter in fry pan, add eggs and stir to desired doneness. Serve with toast or muffins.
