Instructions
- Soak gelatin in cold water.
- Heat grape and lemon juice until boiling, then simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add gelatin and artificial sweetener, stirring to dissolve.
- Pour the mixture carefully into 2 hot, clean 1/2 pint jars.
- Cover lightly until cooled, then tighten lids and store in refrigerator.
