Instructions

  1. Select good peaches without green or rot.
  2. Scald and peel peaches.
  3. Slice peaches thinly.
  4. Pour unsweetened pineapple juice over peaches and let set for a few minutes.
  5. Put the peaches in boxes and freeze.
