Ingredients

  • 1 qt. small white cucumbers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. alum
  • 5 whole saccharin

Instructions

  1. Put cucumbers in a pan with all ingredients on medium heat. Stir as cucumbers heat.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Have jars and lids hot. Place pickles in jars and seal.
