Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water or fruit juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) container vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Combine cold water or fruit juice with enough ice cubes to measure 1 cup.
  3. Add the cold water or juice mixture to the gelatin and stir until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove any unmelted ice cubes.
  5. Stir in the vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into individual dishes and chill until set, about 30 minutes.
