Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar-free jello
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 4 cups applesauce (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar-free jello in 2 cups of hot water.
  2. Add 2 cups of cold water to the jello mixture.
  3. Place 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce into each of 8 individual cups.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of the prepared jello over the applesauce in each cup and mix well.
  5. Chill the cups until the jello is set.
  6. Serve chilled. One serving equals one fruit.
