Diet Applesauce Mold

Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar-free jello in 2 cups of hot water.
- Add 2 cups of cold water to the jello mixture.
- Place 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce into each of 8 individual cups.
- Pour 1/2 cup of the prepared jello over the applesauce in each cup and mix well.
- Chill the cups until the jello is set.
- Serve chilled. One serving equals one fruit.
