Diet Bread Pudding

Instructions
- Scald milk.
- Mix together egg, sweetener and vanilla.
- Add egg mixture to milk.
- Break bread into small chunks in baking dish. Pour egg and milk mixture over bread, allowing a few pieces to float on top.
- Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes in a pan of water. Serve hot, warm or cold.
- Serves one.
