A light and creamy layered dessert with graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and chocolate topping, perfect for a low-fat treat that kids and adults will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 large box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 8 oz tub fat free cool whip
  • 1 container Sweet Rewards chocolate icing
  • 2 C skim milk

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, place a layer of graham crackers along the bottom.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the milk and dry pudding until smooth.
  3. Add the cool whip to the pudding mixture and beat until combined.
  4. Spread the pudding mixture over the graham crackers in the pan.
  5. Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding layer.
  6. Take the lid off the chocolate icing container and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate icing over the top layer of graham crackers.
  8. Chill the dessert until ready to serve.
