- In a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, place a layer of graham crackers along the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the milk and dry pudding until smooth.
- Add the cool whip to the pudding mixture and beat until combined.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the graham crackers in the pan.
- Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding layer.
- Take the lid off the chocolate icing container and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Pour the melted chocolate icing over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Chill the dessert until ready to serve.
