Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Separate eggs very carefully (no yolks in whites).
- Spray Pam on a Teflon cookie sheet.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff, not dry.
- Fold in yolks, cottage cheese and Sugar Twin.
- Don't break down egg whites, no more than 1 minute.
- Place 1 tablespoonful very carefully on cookie sheet. Place another tablespoon on top of mixture carefully.
- Repeat with remaining mixture until you have 6 piles about 2 inches high.
- Bake about 1 hour.
- Rolls should resemble delecation rolls.
- Better cold as hamburger buns.
